How to use:

Take it as if you were holding a pencil.

While looking in the mirror, insert it slowly and diagonally so as not to damage your teeth.

Level the interdental brush and rotate it back and forth 2-3 times to match the tooth surface.

Do both molars from the inside and outside of the teeth.

Lightly apply it to each of the adjacent teeth to clean it.
